    Since its inception in 1973, Bauer Industrial Equipment Ltd. has conducted business on the premise that the most important component of any company is customer service and satisfaction.

    Although this concept is not revolutionary, Bauer Industrial has ensured that our customers receive the same level of support that they have grown to appreciate.  We accept the responsibility of, and are dedicated to, pleasing the customer.  The reason is simple: If our customers cannot solve their problems by purchasing our products, then they have wasted their money.  We do not believe in wasting money and we are certain that our customers do not either.
